Overview:
The CPC HM/HMD Pump (BB3) is an API 610-compliant, high-performance hydrocarbon pump designed for wide hydraulic coverage and application-specific optimization. Available with 600#, 900#, or 1500# flange ratings, it features an axially split casing with precision-milled parting flanges for superior durability and ease of maintenance. The HM model utilizes a single-suction first stage, while the HMD model offers a double-suction first stage to meet varied operational needs.
Engineered for efficiency, its hydraulically opposed impeller arrangement ensures optimal thrust balancing, while split case wear rings and center bushings simplify maintenance. An integral balance line enhances performance, and Inpro/Seal bearing housing closures provide added protection. The heavy-duty baseplate, available in drip rim or drip pan designs, delivers robust support for long-term reliability.
