CPC Pumps hydraulic pump performance
stand can test pump units up to 1200 HP at 1800 or 1200 RPM
- Customers motors can be used (if large enough @ 1.0 SGR) at
voltages of 450, 575, 2300, and 4160 at 3 Ph, 60Hz
- Variable frequency drives are available to 150 HP
- Hydrostatic testing can be performed using water or kerosene,
up to 8000 PSIG
To insure that CPC Pumps meet our customers specifications and expectations,
each unit must successfully pass the following tests:
- Hydro static pressure
- Hydraulic performance
- Vibration
- Noise
- Mechanical reliability
- Air test of complete assembled unit prior to shipment
Quality CPC Pumps quality program has been approved
by:
- Canadas NPM Nuclear Project for the manufacturing
